Sheik hadn't signed in for that. He could remember the lecture Impa had given him about working hard to save the world. He remembered the monsters, the constant threats upon his person, the horrible things that could happen.

She never said anything about cleaning a barn with a snickering Hero of Time was part of the deal.

She also forgot to mention the horse dung, the stench and the murderous urge he was expermienting. He was fairly sure fantasies involving the Hero of Time imploding and exploding at the same time weren't part of his work. They were cathartic, though.

"Don't even say it," He snarled quietly, when the blue eyed young man turned to face him, mouth opened to say something that surely had no relevance with saving Hyrule, but which would certianly make his life expectancy drop dramatically, "Don't even think about it."

Link closed his mouth and grinned, figuring it was not the best moment to point out what a loosy job Sheik was doing with that shovel.
